Timeframe for Returns and Replacements:
Customers can request a return or replacement within 2 days from the delivery date. After this period, no claims will be accepted.
Types of Issues Eligible for Refund, Return, or Replacement:
Received Wrong Product:
Please report the issue within 2 days of the delivery date by emailing hi@aestheticsupplieshub.com. Include a picture of the received product for verification. If confirmed, we will cover the shipping fee for re-shipping items.
Buyer’s Simple Remorse:
A refund is available if the customer contacts us within 2 days of the delivery date. Products must be unopened, undamaged, and in original packaging. Return cost will not be covered by us.
Missing Product in Order:
Report the issue within 2 days of delivery through email. Provide an unboxing video if claiming a missing product. If verified, we will provide a free re-delivery or refund.
Damaged or Defective Product:
Report the issue within 2 days of delivery through email. Provide pictures or videos of damaged products for compensation. A refund will be issued for damaged products.
Refund Processing Time:
Refunds will be processed within approximately 14 days.
The actual refund duration may vary based on your bank’s internal processes.
If a refund is delayed, we will provide a cancellation receipt from the card company upon request.
If the refund is not received after receiving the cancellation receipt, please contact your bank directly.
